Husqvarna Ireland / Liffey Distributors is seeking a highly motivated National Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales team, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a team of Area Business Managers, providing guidance, training, and support to drive sales performance.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and channel expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales potential.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Organize and execute successful sales events and conferences to promote Husqvarna Ireland / Liffey Distributors products and services.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales management and business development, preferably in the outdoor power equipment industry.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
