Butcher with experience

• A good knowledge of butchery cuts
• Basic boning knowledge
• At least 12 months experience in a butcher skills at retail level
• Good knowledge of basic food hygiene and HACCP compliance

General duties include:

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
• Maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Prepare and assist with fresh meat preparation, cutting, displaying and merchandising for counter and prepacking
• No Sunday or bank holiday work
• Following freshness and rotation principles

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.50-€15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
