Mc Loughlin Butchers third generation business based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22.
We supply the best quality beef, lamb, pork and poultry to some of Dublins finest restaurants and hotels.
We are looking for a Senior Butcher to join our team part time. Approx. 20 hours per week.
The role would involve being a link between our office and sales team and our factory floor.
Responsible for:
- monitoring stock control
-Placing orders with suppliers
- Implementing traceability system throughout the factory
- Point of contact for our HACCP consultant and health inspectors
- Manage the cleaning and organisation of the factory
-Prepare orders for the next day
The ideal candidate would have:
- an eye for detail, organisation and cleanliness
-Experience at cutting and preparing meat.
- HACCP experience
- Excellent level of English required
- 10+ years experience in a busy butcher shop or factory
Working day:
8am-1pm Mon-Fri
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
