About The Role
About The RoleBidvest Noonan is currently recruiting for a full-time Caretaker to join our team in Corks Mahon Point Shopping Centre.
40 Hours Per Week: 4-5 days working. Must be available for weekends.
Rate Of Pay: €14.60 per hour
Key Responsibilities of a Caretaker;
- Maintain service yards, ensuring rubbish is properly disposed of daily and bins are rotated as needed.
- Clean and disinfect bins and the refuse store.
- Keep car park areas free of litter and ensure cleanliness.
- Conduct daily inspections of all scheme and common areas.
- Report defects to management.
- Assist contractors on-site and provide access as needed.
- Remove graffiti from building facades and common areas.
- Comfortable working alone and as part of a team as required for the role
- Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload
- Cleaning experience would be preferred however full training will be provided
- Valid Visa to work in Ireland on a full-time basis
- A good understanding of English, both written and spoken
