About The Role

About The Role
Bidvest Noonan is currently recruiting for a full-time Caretaker to join our team in Corks Mahon Point Shopping Centre.
40 Hours Per Week: 4-5 days working. Must be available for weekends.
Rate Of Pay: €14.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities of a Caretaker;

Maintain service yards, ensuring rubbish is properly disposed of daily and bins are rotated as needed.
Clean and disinfect bins and the refuse store.
Keep car park areas free of litter and ensure cleanliness.
Conduct daily inspections of all scheme and common areas.
Report defects to management.
Assist contractors on-site and provide access as needed.
Remove graffiti from building facades and common areas.

Key Requirements:

Comfortable working alone and as part of a team as required for the role
Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload
Cleaning experience would be preferred however full training will be provided
Valid Visa to work in Ireland on a full-time basis
A good understanding of English, both written and spoken
