Caretaker:
The role of caretaker in CCH will consist of the following responsibilities;

• General maintenance of buildings, Grounds and equipment within their capabilities
• Responsibility for stock, storage and distribution
• Liaison with and supervision of contractors and service providers
• Adhering to safety policies to ensure a safe working and residential environment
• Reporting to and receiving direction from the director of nursing and the facilities manager

The successful candidate will need:

• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• to be able to work from Cobh
• Have excellent English

There is no visa or work permit support offered with this role. Candidates must have the right to work in Ireland.
