Alliance Ireland is an established Property Maintenance Company since 1998 and we are recruiting a Carpenter to work on our projects and maintenance division. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team carrying out work in both domestic and commercial sectors.
The ideal candidate must:
· be qualified carpenter.
· have at least 10 years experience in a similar role.
· be capable of turning out finishing work to a high standard.
· be living in or near Dublin Area.
· have a good knowledge of Construction and other Trades.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
· Project Manage small to medium size projects.
· Working with other trades and have good organisational skills.
· Keep a record of time on jobs and work carried out and use company on line job management system.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €50,000.00 per year
Additional pay:

• Performance bonus

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Carpentry: 10 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Craft Cert (required)
