We have an opportunitie for a Brand Manager to join the Marketing team. As a key member of the marketing team the purpose of the Brand Manager role is to grow the business through the execution of commercial plan and to contribute to developing the brands with clarity, innovation, and passion.
Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Working with the Marketing Managers and wider teams to implement commercial and brand strategy to the highest outcomes ensuring consistency and clarity of message across all elements of the brand plan.
• Support our Corporate Communications team to enhance the brands reputation.
• Proactively work with digital and social teams to leverage the increasing opportunities these channels present.
• Demonstrate strategic thought leadership showing practical and innovative thinking for our brands
• Continue to build and forge strong relationships with our partners which include working efficiently with our agencies and our retailers.
• Apply fresh thinking and a natural desire to generate ideas to optimise brand and department outcomes.
• Work with various cross functional teams to deliver key business objectives.
• Plan / campaign development, execution, measurement, and reporting, ensuring the best return for investment
• All level stakeholder management.

Specifically:

• Develop and manage annual brand strategy and plans.
• End to end campaign, agency, and budget management.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• 5+ years of delivering strong results as part of a dynamic marketing team.
• A third level Marketing or Business qualification.
• A proven ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic innovative environment.
• An ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, possess strong presentation and organisational skills.
• Ability to work on one’s own initiative or as part of a team to achieve the organisational business objectives and Values.
• An interest and passion for food, food trends and food production would be desirable.
• Need to be creatively strong and demonstrate a sharp understanding and passion for the latest trends in food and affective consumer communications. ​​​​​​​

Musgrave operate a Work Smart hybrid working model where you can alternate your time between connecting and collaborating in the business and working remotely. Occasional business travel to other locations will also be required.
