Change & Transformation Project Manager at Clúid Housing Role Overview:
- Position: Change & Transformation Project Manager
- Reporting to: Head of Change & Transformation
- Location: 159-161 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1
- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: €57,224 - €78,684
The CIO function comprises of Information Technology & Date and Change & Transformation. The Change and Transformation function will be a centre of excellence in implementing change across the organisation. The company is growing with a strong change agenda over the next number of years, the aim of the department is to establish a change framework and build on the great culture to deliver change effectively across the organisation. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a permanent Project Manager to join the new Change and Transformation dept within a team of 6+ (PMO Analyst, Business Analysts and Project Managers, QA Tester). Reporting to the Head of Change & Transformation the role will involve working within different project teams to lead the delivery of successful projects and co-ordinate projects activities to enable successful deployment and adoption of change.

Who We're Looking For: Change & Transformation Project Manager:
Role Overview: A permanent role that will lead the delivery of successful projects within the newly formed Change & Transformation Department and co-ordinate projects activities to enable the successful deployment and adoption of change.
Reporting to: Head of Change & Transformation
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver projects by ensuring effective collaboration, commitment and buy in from teams and colleagues
- Ensure the effective gathering of customer and user requirements, supporting business analysts & process owners to identify business process improvements
- Deliver internal workshops with key stakeholders in determining project specifications to ensure effective delivery of overall projects
- Produce and maintain all the necessary project documents and reports including objectives, scope, deliverables, RAID log, change control, resources and milestones updates
- Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and consistent delivery of Change & Transformation roadmap
- Liaise with Directors and Heads of Departments to identify budget forecasts and ensure adequate resourcing of the project while tracking budget utilisation throughout the project
- Co-ordinate the work of the project team into defined measurable deliverables
- Manage stakeholder relationships and effective project communications.
- Liaise with external consultants and third parties to achieve project objectives
- Report on exceptions and issues arising and providing alerts as early as possible on any problems arising in relation to project progress and delivery
- Organise and manage successful project meetings
- Be proactive in managing change in project scope, identifying potential issues, and devising contingency plans
- Have a proactive solution focused approach to addressing issues and overcoming problems
- In conjunction with the relevant teams and Departments, schedule & arrange training, and Go-Live support
- Ensure smooth handover of project information to the business on completion of projects
Leadership
- Develop strong and positive working relationships with senior managers, project teams, and all other stakeholders
- Demonstrate superior inter-personal skills and motivate project members to meet objectives
- Collaborate with the Head of Learning & Organisational Development to embed a learning and development culture, putting a strong emphasis on fully understanding issues and being proactive in finding solutions to problems
- Identify and resolve or escalate issues and conflicts within the project team
- Work with the relevant Chief Office and Heads of Departments to resolve more complex problems
- Identify further opportunities to enhance the development of the projects in consultation with the key staff

Education/Qualifications
- Project Management qualification (essential)
- 3rd level qualification in relevant field (desirable)
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Excellent working knowledge of a range of computer applications such as Excel, Project, Word (essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (essential)
- Strong planning and organisational skills (essential)
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills (essential)

- Working in a multi-departmental roadmap of technology and continuous improvement projects (desirable)
