The right candidate will have a full understanding of cost management, HACCP, and due diligence, can work under pressure, and will work as part of our team.
Our business is built on genuine hospitality, where our guests come in because of our excellent food, coffee, and wine, and return time & time again because of our team.
We are happy to offer part and full time roles, as our coffee business runs 7 days a week, and our After Dark wine bar operates on Friday and Saturday nights.
Our new chefs must be able to work at pace, delivering our busy breakfast, brunch and lunch, and help us develop our After Dark business, and a whole range of new offerings.
