Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Undertake general cleaning of the facility, including offices, canteen, corridors, stairwells, elevator and toilets.
- Vacuuming, dusting and washing floors and walls.
- Sweeping, floor polishing and waste disposal.
- Ensuring the toilet facilities are kept clean and supplies are replenished when required.
- Inform management of stock required for replenishing purposes.
- Manual Handling Training
- The employee should possess a good level of English both verbal and written, a knowledge and willingness to apply safe working practices.
- Able to work autonomously but also to the able to work as part of a team.
- Able to manage own time effectively.
- Ability to take instruction and direction and complete tasks to the highest standard.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable
- Attend training as required.
- Be available to work day/evening shifts
- Keep accurate records in relation to all aspects of work and prepare reports as required.
- To undertake other duties as requested by management.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Full Driving License (preferred)
- Ireland (preferred)
