This is a full-time hybrid role that will suit someone who prefers to be out meeting clients, and not tied to a desk. The Client Development Manager will be responsible for driving business through existing client growth as well as developing strategic partnerships with new clients from different sectors throughout Ireland. A skilled networker, you will thrive identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining our current client relationships, and negotiating new contracts that demonstrate our wide and diverse product and service portfolio. Crucially, when needed the Client Development Manager will collaborate with our teams throughout the business, utilising the skills and experience of all our existing team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage our existing accounts to maximise our service offerings and grow core margins;
- Be relentless in exploring new business through networks and relationships;
- Grow our sales revenues by accessing key decision makers and stakeholders;
- Manage the process of project development always anticipating any de-railers or hurdles by understanding our customers demands and expectations;
- Use your expertise to develop cross-functional collaboration to fully expose our range of World Class products and services;
- Push through adversity with skilled negotiation and influencing abilities that deliver results that are tangible and transparent.
- An experienced professional, demonstrating credible evidence of nurturing client relationships at the highest level
- You'll need to demonstrate that you have negotiated with C Suite and Senior Executive Leadership members
- Have a history of high level performance with sales and projects within both public and private sector arenas
- You must be highly motivated, comfortable driving results, and relentless in searching out new opportunities
- A seasoned and skilled negotiator who is at ease with senior decision makers and their landscape and able to evidence outcomes
- Agile, able to quickly link innovative approaches when providing client solutions
- Skilled communicator able to express and convey complex ideas confidently
- Knowledge of industrial sectors market trends and analytics plus competitive advantages
- Someone who works hard building relationships, regardless of motive or agenda
- Ability to work independently yet fit seamlessly when working as part of the team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Pay: €60,000.00-€70,000.00 per year

- Performance bonus
