Motivation Weight Management are now seeking to recruit a clinic receptionist/administrator for their clinic in Ballincollig, Co. Cork.
This position calls for someone who can multi-task while remaining organised and in control. Our reception can be very busy with calls and clients and experience dealing with a number of activities at once is crucial. The right person will have experience dealing with the public in a friendly manner while bringing lots of energy to the clinic. Good organisational and administration skills are a must and the right candidate shall have a positive team working attitude.
Duties Include:

• Front desk reception, meeting and greeting all clients
• Booking client appointments and point of sale transactions
• Dealing with all incoming telephone calls
• Filing and photocopying
• Assist Manager with all clinic duties
• Assist Consultants with clients consultations and administrative needs
• General administration duties & Light cleaning duties

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role, dealing with the public.
• The ideal candidate will be well presented and have a professional mature manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Polite and clear telephone manner
• The ability to multitask
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Internet, Booking System) and technical troubleshooting an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with clients and colleagues.
• Experience dealing with enquiries an advantage.
• The position offers 15-25 hours per week.
• The Clinic is open 3 days per week from Thurs-Sat and the successful applicant will be required to work any of these days.
• You will need to cover on occasion in our Little Island Clinic.
