Commis Chef - Manor House

The lady Helen Restaurant in Manor House at Mount Juliet Estate will have a Full-Time vacancy for a Commis Chef to join the team.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a busy hotel or Restaurant. Shift work and weekend work are an essential part of this role. Flexibility is required in this position. You must speak basic - fluent English and work to a high standard .
Candidates must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
Duties:

Food Preparation
Maintaining high standards of hygiene
Taking directions from both Executive Chef and Senior Chef
Ensuring co-operation with HACCP Standards at all times
Ensuring the hygiene and food safety standards are met in all stages of food preparation
Display excellence in food preparation and service
Work effectively as part of a team
Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service

The successful candidate will

have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Fine dining experience is essential.
Michelin experience desirable
5 day working week
have good communication skills
be willing to work shift work and weekends as required
be willing to work as part of a team
One years in a similar role
