Fucius management is an Irish limited company which provides back office work for a UK investment advisor with a total AUM of more than USD $100 million.
We are looking for an operations officer who is familiar with financial regulatory compliance to join. The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with AIFMD, Mi FID, and/or NFA regulations. Monitor and interpret new and existing regulations. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings. Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities and regulatory interactions.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders as well as coordinate with an outsourced operational team to ensure smooth operations and an exemplary level of efficiency
• Manage client and firm accounts including escalation. Ensure effective communication of operational management principles to relevant internal parties and clients
• liaison with third-party service providers

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Proactive
