We looking to recruit Professional Counter staff , Waiters and Waitresses.
This position is for those that are passionate about the hospitality industry and want to make service their career.
Responsibilities

• Take order over the phone and at the counter.
• Helping Chef to prepared the food and packing
• Show customers to their seats and present our variety of menu option
• Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately
• Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
• Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
• Work with other staff as a team
• Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality

Requirements

• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
• Customer-oriented and planning skills
• Working knowledge of cash register and any ordering information system (Training provided)
• Outstanding people skills
• Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving
• Food safety training a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €12.70-€13.50 per hour

• 5/6 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (required)
• sommelier: 1 year (preferred)
• Waitering: 2 years (required)
