Full Time Counter Assistant/Barista

We are seeking an experienced Counter Assistant/Barista to join our team at Firecastle.
Requirements:
  • Must have 1+ years experience as a Barista/Counter Assistant
  • Ability to set up, operate and maintain the machine and grinder an advantage
  • Can consistently pour Latte Art
  • Operate tills accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain highest standards of service and cleanliness
  • Adhere to HACCP, Health and Safety and Hygienic procedures in place
  • Excellent English both written and verbal
  • People person and well presented
  • Experience in cleaning systems
  • Excellent knowledge of the food industry
  • Assist in other departments as required
This role will suit an individual who has the ability to work under pressure.
Barista Certification preferred but not essential
The salary for this role depends on experience.
The successful candidate must be fully flexible and available to work 3/5 days out of 7, up to 40 hours per week
