About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and innovative Creative Marketing Assistant to join our team in Dublin. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of creative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Develop engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy for marketing materials, social media posts, and website updates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for promotional activities and brand initiatives.
• Support the design and production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional merchandise.
• Help manage the company’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for creative marketing.
• Assist with the planning and execution of events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
• Maintain and update content on the company website, ensuring it is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
• Work closely with external partners, such as graphic designers, photographers, and videographers, to produce high-quality content.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including coordinating meetings and managing project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience or internship in marketing, graphic design, or a related creative field is advantageous.
• Strong creative skills with a flair for design and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with video editing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
