The Role:We are seeking a passionate CRM & Marketing Graduate to help drive customer engagement and loyalty through our marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and work closely with our marketing and sales teams to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other digital channels.
• Assist in designing and implementing customer journeys and automating communication workflows.
• Analyse customer data and behaviour to drive retention and engagement strategies.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM activities with broader marketing goals.
• Assist with content creation, including emails, social media posts, and promotional materials.

About You:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (experience with platforms like Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Active Campaign Go Highlevel is a plus).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email marketing, social media, etc.).
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for analysing customer behaviour and campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.

Pay: €36,000.00-€48,000.00 per year
