Customer Service Administrator

Customer Services administrator.
Due to continued expansion, we have an exciting new vacancy for a full-time customer services administrator at The Watershed Group’s HQ, Dublin.
We require a person who enjoys interacting with customers and who also has customer administration experience to join our Dublin team. This is a full time, permanent position for the candidate with the appropriate skills base and attitude. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow the role in a progressive company that focuses on a premium level of customer service. The job spec.
· Liaise and build relationships with customers on a daily basis in a professional, prompt and courteous manner.
· Handle incoming customer emails & calls regarding account inquiries.
· Input customer orders on to our MIS system, Label Traxx
· Work with our technical and commercial teams to arrange customer estimates promptly.
· Liaise with our customer service manager to ensure all jobs are correctly planned &all parts are in place.
· Deal promptly with customer issues and liaise with management to find a prompt solution.
· Track orders from initial request to delivery.
The successful candidate should have:
· Excellent communication skills.
· Be a good team player and enjoy interacting in a dynamic office environment.
· A good understanding of an MIS system.
· A competent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
· Customer administration experience.
· Excellent attention to detail.
