Position:
Clanwilliam Ireland have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Trainer to join our growing team. This is an exciting new role for an experienced Customer Trainer to lead the execution of technical training programs for Pippo, our patient portal app. Pippo is an online patient booking portal that links directly to GP practice management systems. The successful candidate will be an all-rounder, travelling throughout the Irish region onboarding and training our customers as well as facilitating remote training. They will be target driven, passionate about customer experience and highly motivated and self-directed in their work. The successful candidate must have a road worthy car and a full clean driving licence. A car allowance will be provided in this role.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop a clear understanding of Pippo in order to train and onboard customers on all aspects of the system.
- Deliver customer training on-site in GP practices and on-line via MS Teams.
- Customer configuration of the system in keeping with the practice setup.
- Successfully on-boarding practices to use Pippo and digitise areas of the practice.
- Ensure that the highest level of communication is maintained with regard to customer queries, problems and complaints.
- Responsible for writing & updating training materials (manuals, training plans, other training materials).
- Reviewing existing clients training requirements and ensuring all new clients receive their training allocation.
- Make recommendations for future training developments of Pippo.
- Support client training events and related activities / initiatives.
- Oversee the scheduling of customer training.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge, and attributes:
- Experience in customer training, preferably in a Saa S environment.
- A related Bachelor's degree in Education or similar.
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Specific healthcare sector experience would be helpful but not essential.
- Driver's license and own vehicle.
