Dairy Production Manager /Cheese Maker
Required for a small dairy business producing cheese and yogurt.
Working primarily with sheep milk, from our own farm
Located in Co Mayo, West of Ireland
The work will involve managing all day-to-day operations of the cheese and yogurt business:
Cheese and yogurt production, order preparation and shipping, record keeping etc.

Must have a working knowledge of English, a full European driving licence and ideally cheese making experience.
