- Follow the Departments HACCP plans and procedures
- Merchandise and rotate stock in the Delicatessen Department;
- Ensure customer transactions are carried out efficiently & effectively;
- Maintain hygiene & Food Safety in the Delicatessen Department;
- Processing customer sales and requests in a fast, effective and friendly manner;
- Assisting customers with product knowledge and recommendations
- Prioritise customer care;
- To adhere to all company rules, policies and procedures at all times
- To achieve agreed sales and margin targets
- To prioritise customer care
- To wear full uniform, name badge and display a neat appearance at all times
- To complete customer sales at deli counter as per store procedures
- Demonstrate high standards of product knowledge
- Practice efficient stock management
- To prepare food lines for sale
- Illustrate the building and maintenance of effective displays
- To ensure product quality and accuracy of pricing
- To be familiar and comply with all Health & Safety Regulations particularly those directly relating to your role and to report any breaches to store management
- To actively live the brand values and engage others to do the same
- To carry out any other duties as requested by management / supervisors from time to time
Pay: From €12.70 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 28 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Dublin 3, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
