Dental Receptionist

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organised
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Ensure Smooth running of appointment book.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and dental management software but not essential. Full training will be provided
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, patient-focused attitude and a professional appearance

Pay: €17.00-€20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
