Key Responsibilities:

• Emphasis on growing our client base to increase turnover- attractive bonus paid Quarterly
• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organised
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Ensure Smooth running of appointment book.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
• Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries
• Assist with administrative tasks as required
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and dental management software but not essential. Full training will be provided
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, patient-focused attitude and a professional appearance
