Job Purpose:
The Digital Analytics and Search Specialist will be responsible for managing the analytics requirements and implementation for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across IT projects, providing actionable insights using web analytics tools, and overseeing SEO strategies for a media group. This role is critical in driving data-informed decisions and improving online performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead analytics project management, including defining, implementing, and managing analytics requirements for various media projects (websites, third-party solutions, and apps).
Use Google Analytics 4 and other web analytics tools to generate insights, reports, and recommendations for multiple stakeholders.
Oversee the technical implementation, management, and reporting of Google Analytics Ecommerce Tracking.
Manage Google Tag Manager, including implementation and management of tags, variables, and triggers.
Direct SEO project management, including defining and implementing SEO strategies across multiple platforms (in collaboration with developers and third-party providers).
Manage relationships with external providers and partners to ensure project goals are met.
Maintain a strong attention to detail while multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Strong knowledge of SEO strategies and technical implementation.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects across different platforms.
Experience in working with developers and external partners to execute analytics and SEO strategies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
