Digital Communications Coordinator (Remote)

This exciting role is a great opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to be creative in producing engaging digital content. You’ll plan, deliver and evaluate digital communications within the marketing and communications team and ensure effective engagement with our various target group audiences.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be highly organised and have excellent all round IT skills. Your creativity will bring our narrative and service to life in the most powerful and impactful ways across multiple channels.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of €35,000 to €40,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: Remote with occasional travel required (mileage paid)
Hours: 37.5 hours a week. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively creates engaging, creatively packaged content including videos, blogs, photography, infographics and electronic and printed collateral.
- Day to day monitoring and maintenance of social media platforms, ensuring resources are directed at activity that provides best return on investment and is in line with Seetec Irelands objectives.
- Maintaining, updating and driving traffic to Seetec Irelands website with frequently refreshed local and national content, CTA’s and information.
- Posting on various platforms including our website, Linked In, Glassdoor, and others using tools such as Hootsuite.
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with all external and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborates with colleagues across the group and contribute to annual or long-term marketing plans on digital communications matters.
- Analysing website and social media performance and preparing monthly reports.
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in a similar role (samples of work/impact required).
- Experience of planning, delivering and evaluating digital communications including social media and website communications
- Experience of copywriting for a variety of marketing channels including web and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing.
- Experience of using digital monitoring and reporting tools e.g. Google Analytics, Hootsuite to assess effectiveness and efficiency of marketing communications.
- Evidence of professional development/training in a digital communication.
- Ability to drive with own car required.
