Job Description
As a Digital Customer Support assistant, you will be providing the best care for our customers, over the phone, via email and through social media channels. Your role is to ensure that all of our customers are delighted with our products and services. You will be part of the team helping to answer customer queries and go that extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied with our Decathlon service

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced new teammate who is looking to take on more of a challenge to ensure our many customers receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in working in customer service and front of house speaking with customers. If you are an organised, driven individual, then this role could be for you
Your responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service in person, via social media and email.
• Bringing the best in technical support and advice to our customers.
• Assisting customers with delivery, shipping and general account queries.
• Liaising with our delivery partners and key stakeholders to provide up to date information for our customers.
• Be a key link between the retail and online business.
• Assisting with store based retail tasks.

Who you are

• Excellent communicator (conversational and written)
• Computer literate, confident in using online platforms.
• Well organised and reliable with a keen eye for detail
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Confident working as part of a team or independently
• Passionate about sport, with technical knowledge a benefit.
