The Role
We are seeking a creative and experienced Digital Content Producer to join our marketing team based in Dublin. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is enthusiastic about crafting compelling content and driving storytelling strategies that resonate with target audiences, attract prospects, and boost brand awareness, resulting in increased top-of-funnel and customer engagement. The Digital Content Producer will report to the Head of Content and work closely with our content writers, graphic designers, and additional marketing team members.
- Write, develop, edit, and publish B2B content that tells the Origina story in a compelling way across a variety of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, infographics, whitepapers, and more
- Work closely with the Head of Content and the marketing team to align storytelling content strategies with business objectives and that drive customer engagement, strengthening the storytelling knowledgebase for our sales and customer success management teams
- Develop creative content ideas to support our demand generation campaigns that resonate with our target audience, drive engagement, and generate leads
- Collaborate with our graphic designers to create visually engaging content for digital and social media channels
- Partner with the Head of Content to ensure brand consistency across all content assets
- Track and report on content and sales enablement performance metrics, using data to optimise strategies and improve ROI
About you
Successful candidates will possess:
- 7-10 years of experience writing B2B content for various marketing vehicles and channels
- Proven experience writing campaign emails, blogs, case studies, e-books, social media posts, and other digital content for a B2B audience
- Strong portfolio of e-books, case studies, emails, social posts, video scripts, and/or other writing samples is required
- Experience writing for business audiences is required; experience writing for CIO, IT, and/or procurement audiences, and/or software/IT industries is a plus
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimisation, with experience publishing website content using Word Press
- Ability to conceptualise and execute creative content ideas in collaboration with graphic designers
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with Monday.com preferred
- Experience with content management and sales enablement systems (Word Press, Share Point, Highspot, etc.)
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure content effectiveness and optimise strategies
- Ability to meet deadlines, flex with change, and juggle opposing demands in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment
