Main responsibilities:

• Respond to user service requests, troubleshoot issues, and assist in developing solutions.
• Support PC hardware, desktop operating systems, and application software.
• Perform minor repairs and arrange for necessary servicing of equipment.
• Record service activities, solutions, and responses.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records and equipment documentation.
• Contribute to Sanofi IT documentation and participate in policy, procedure, and standards development.
• Assist the IT Digital team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
• Support our site’s Digital Transformation project.
• Maintain open communication and positive working relationships with staff.

About you

• Education: 2nd or 3rd year student working towards a degree in IT
• Soft and technical skills:
  • Proficiency in common IT applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Basic understanding of computer networking.
  • Ability to work well in teams.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong communication, customer orientation, and engagement skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, confident, and focused under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Resourceful and innovative.
  • Values diversity and integrity.
