Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our tours and events internationally, increase brand awareness, drive bookings, and also create visually appealing graphic design materials.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and conference materials.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked In.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, programs, and other collateral.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates and utilizing Hub Spot as a CRM, CMS, and email marketing platform.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize strategies to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, graphic design, and the travel industry.
• Ad - Hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 2 Year proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for travel and tourism within Ireland. Must have absolute fluency in both verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of website design and development principles is a plus but not essential.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Canva, or similar.
