Digital Media Associate

We are looking for a Digital Media Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director to create compelling content for nurture campaigns, landing pages, emails, social media and sales literature.
This is a hybrid position, 3 days per week in the Dublin office and 2 days per week remote work.
You will be responsible for lead generation in the business and hence you will have the freedom to design and run your own campaigns and target mediums for the marketing of the services of the company.
You will also have the opportunity to grow your skills by getting involved in events planning and sales enablement. This varied role requires candidates to be creative, organised, comfortable with change and willing to own and run projects.
Responsibilities

Be proactive towards marketing - you will own it so don't shy away - take control
Draft engaging copy for nurture campaigns, landing pages, emails, social media and sales literature
Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns across a variety of channels
Running virtual and in-person events for networking/lead generation
Manage the email marketing schedule and delivery across Alberon’s database
Maintain partnerships with Microsoft (learn their products and talk about them in marketing regularly), trade associations and other organisations; plan joint promotional activities
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence
Produce reports on marketing campaigns using our internal marketing platform/CRM
Travel: Occasional travel required to support the company’s team around the UK and Ireland

Whom we are looking for

3+ years of marketing experience in a B2B role
B.A. in marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Experience working with a standard CRM/marketing tool is desirable
Some experience in using and managing Word Press websites
Some experience of using Canva for image creation/editing
Demonstrable competency in using Linked In as a marketing tool
A clear, concise and engaging writing style
Proven experience running lead-generation campaigns across multiple channels
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
A keen interest in the tech industry and automation
Experience in SEO and digital advertising is a plus but not essential
