Digital Workplace Specialist Microsoft 365

PTSB has embarked on a significant digital transformation program. This will lead to an enhanced customer experience, through re-development of the delivery channels and the ongoing evolution of the bank¿s infrastructure and operations in order to provide cost-effective, secure, and resilient services to our customers.
To support and enable this transformation a significant and exciting opportunity has become available for a Microsoft 365 Specialist in our Enterprise IT Services department. This role will be integral to the support of the Digital Workplace Team we have within the bank. Microsoft 365 underpins our collaboration suites within the bank.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of the full suite of Microsoft 365 across the organisation with a focus on ensuring the resilience and stability of the tooling
- Maintain the ongoing service and cyber security integrity of the in-scope technologies included within the Microsoft365 and Cloud Services
- Ensure a firm understanding of the risk landscape across the in-scope processes
- Lead the values of the organization acting as a strong role model for the team.
- Support a culture of open discussion with active contributions from the entire team.
- Ensure that MI reports are optimized, delivered on time with relevant updates and high accuracy.
- Support development of the annual technology roadmap.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting a large end user computing environment, minimum of 5 years.
- Knowledge and experience with configuring and managing Microsoft 365 suite of services including Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong technical experience across the following underlying technologies hybrid Exchange, Share Point Online, One Drive and Microsoft Teams.
- Proven ability to identify and diagnose technical, architectural issues, to ensure that these solutions are implemented to best practice standards.
- A proven ability to design, plan, develop and implement effective solutions that meet the business requirements, and maximize Microsoft¿365 functionality for end-user experience.
- Experience in using Microsoft Power Shell/Graph for managing a Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Accuracy and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet timelines.
- Ability to work well with teams and build strong working relationships.
- Experience of service provision with a strong customer focus. Proven record of working closely with end users to drive adoption and to promote the value of Microsoft 365
This is a Permanent position based in PTSBs Dublin or Cork office. (Hybrid option available within the Republic of Ireland)
