Requirements
· Registered nurse with at least three years experience in the care and support of older persons in the last 6 years.
· Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland registration (NMBI).
· A relevant qualification in management in a health care setting. Training can be provided.
· Working knowledge of HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines.
· Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills.
· Sound decision making ability and results driven.
· Comfortable working in a supportive team orientated environment.
· To co-manage and support all departments including nursing, household, maintenance, and catering staff.
· Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative.
· Ability to work well and promote a team environment.
