Job Title: Dispatch Executive
This is an exciting role for a Dispatch Executive at FREENOW, where your primary responsibility will be taking incoming calls and booking taxis for our customers. You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring smooth and efficient taxi bookings while delivering top-notch customer service. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and rapidly expanding company.
Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers and efficiently book taxis.
• Ensure all bookings are accurate and meet customer needs.
• Provide first-class customer service.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is an advantage.
• Excellent telephone manners and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with booking systems or dispatch software would be beneficial.
• Regional Knowledge (Ireland) is beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
