Dispensary Assistant with experience Galway City (Part time, evenings / weekends)

We are a dynamic pharmacy team working with a range of other healthcare professionals involved in the dispensing, preparation, and supply of medicines according to the regulations and processes in Ireland.
We have a vacancy for a candidate with previous pharmacy dispensary experience who is familiar with GMS/PCRS requirements in an Irish pharmacy setting. This part time position includes weekend and evening hours both in term time and holiday time.
This position would ideally suit a postgraduate student who has prior pharmacy dispensing and PCRS/GMS experience in an Irish pharmacy.

- You must have dispensary medicines experience (ideally working with the Irish medicine’s system) demonstrating familiarity with the dispensing process, stock management and understanding the PCRS/GMS requirements.
- You will have attention to detail, strong customer service and organisational skills and be able to assist keep the pharmacy in good standards of presentation and organisation.
- Fluency in the English language is a minimum requirement.
- You will be available to work both in and out of term as this role is not only to cover term time.
- This may be an ideal position for a postgraduate student with previous dispensary medicines experience.
