We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nightclub Security Guard to join our team in several locations in Dublin City Centre in line with our continued growth and expansion on a casual basis
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have a strong understanding of security protocols combined with a proactive customer service focused approach
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the nightclub premises
• Conduct security checks on patrons and staff
• Respond to any incidents or disturbances in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a visible presence on the nightclub floor to deter any potential security threats
• Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed
• Work closely with other security personnel to ensure cohesive and effective security provision in line with instructions from the client
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons and staff
• Report any incidents or suspicious activity to management
• Compiling end of the night reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Door Supervisor for 1+ years in a nightclub or similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Strong physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must possess a valid security license

• Security: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• PSA Door Supervisor Licence (required)
