Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door-to-Door Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of Nu Solas Energy, responsible for generating high-quality leads by engaging with potential customers in residential areas. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving the growth of our solar PV solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:** Engage with homeowners in designated areas to introduce them to Nu Solas Energy’s solar PV solutions, explain the benefits, and generate interest.
- Customer Interaction:** Build rapport with potential customers, listen to their energy needs, and provide tailored information on how our solutions can meet those needs.
- Appointment Setting:** Schedule follow-up appointments for our sales team to conduct in-depth consultations and assessments.
- Market Feedback: Collect and report on customer feedback, market trends, and any potential barriers to adoption to help refine our sales strategy.
- Documentation: Accurately record and manage lead information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-up.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Experience and Skills:
- Time Management: Good time management skills to efficiently cover designated areas and meet lead generation targets.
- Door-to-Door Experience: Previous door-to-door sales experience is an advantage but not required.
- Driving License: A full, clean driving license is required for this role.
- Presentation: Maintain a clean and professional presentation at all times.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to group success.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in door-to-door sales, lead generation, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-driven individual who thrives in a target-oriented environment.
- Knowledge: A basic understanding of solar energy or renewable energy is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Full Driving License: A full clean driving license is required for this role.
- Transportation:Must have reliable transportation to travel to designated areas.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
