The Role

We are looking for a dynamic evening Part-Time Steward to join us to support our daily projects.
This role is based on 18 hours per week
Monday to Thursday from 16:45 to 21:15 depending on the event
Location: Dublin 4

Responsibilities and duties:

• Respond and action planned reactive building repairs and respond to queries from staff and visitors.
• Supporting events, meeting room arrangements and removal of discarded materials.
• Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
• Be a able to monitor and escalate issues that may arise with mechanical and electrical services
• Office and churn management, relocation of furniture as well as meeting and event room set ups.
• Taking ownership and be accountable for all aspects of above stated role, ensuring tasks delivery is within timeframe, high quality and excellent customer satisfaction.
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise including Fire alarms.
• Meets and greets visitors at reception and direct them accordingly.
• Point of contact for client related queries, directs to relevant person for attention
• Be ready to undertake any other task and project assigned to you by the team.

Requirements:

• Front of House Reception experience
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work on own initiative and effectively work to deadlines.
• Personal presentation must be of a high standard.
