Go Loud is the home of Irish podcasts, producing some of the country’s most successful shows, including Talking Bollox, Magnified with Matt Cooper, Hold My Drink with Charleen and Ellie, and Mark Mehigan’s Weekly Roast. Launched in 2019, Go Loud is the first-to-market platform in Ireland, offering users access to all their favorite podcasts, national and local radio stations, and a wide array of content across entertainment, business, news, and culture.
About The Role
Go Loud is seeking an experienced Executive Producer (Episodic) to join our digital audio team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for executing our episodic content strategy and overseeing the development and delivery of key podcast titles across our growing portfolio. You will assist in shaping Go Loud’s original podcast verticals, guiding the creative direction of episodic podcast content, and managing a range of high-profile series to grow our audience and establish Go Loud as a leader in episodic content production.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the implementation of Go Loud’s content strategy where it concerns weekly released episodic titles.
  • Oversee the production of original podcast series, ensuring content-quality storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of producers, assistant producers, and freelancers to execute top-tier podcast content across a range of verticals.
  • Oversee key verticals, ensuring that content is aligned with Go Loud’s brand and strategic objectives.
  • Drive innovation in episodic content formats, storytelling techniques, and audience-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, social, and commercial teams to amplify and promote Go Loud’s original content across platforms.
  • Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness of all episodic projects.
  • Cultivate relationships with creators, talent, and external partners to expand Go Loud’s content offerings.
  • Ensure that all content meets legal and editorial standards, with a particular focus on Irish defamation law and compliance.
  • Other duties as required.

  • In-depth knowledge of audio editing software and audio engineering principles.
Before you apply, make sure you tick the following boxes:
  • 5+ years of experience in podcast production, episodic content, or radio broadcasting.
  • Proven track record of producing successful regular, episodic audio content.
  • Deep understanding of podcast and digital audio audiences, with the ability to create content that resonates with them.
  • In-depth knowledge of Irish defamation law.
  • Strong project management abilities with the capability to handle multiple productions simultaneously.
This position will close to applicants on 20th November, with 1st round interviews due to commence the week starting 27th November.
