About the Role
Go Loud is searching for a Video Producer who is passionate about content and experienced in producing engaging visual content. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing our video strategy for both original audio content and licensed titles. You will be a hands-on leader in ideating, producing, and editing video content across multiple platforms, ensuring the highest standards in production and execution.
What you'll do:

• Collaborate with presenters, producers, sound/video engineers, and events staff to coordinate and deliver high-quality video content.
• Ensure top-tier visual production for social media and on-demand audiences, upholding Go Loud’s high standards.
• Shoot, edit, and publish video content with a focus on podcast promotion and audience engagement.
• Serve as the main communication point for all stakeholders involved in the video production process.
• Manage communication channels, production schedules, and long-term planning calendars.
• Contribute creative ideas to podcast planning meetings, working closely with presenters, producers, and the senior editorial team.
• Utilize established processes for content tracking, updating, and archiving.
• Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the planning stages.
• Work closely with the social media team to ensure timely, relevant, and engaging video content across platforms.
• Identify platform-specific segments that drive engagement and growth.
• Monitor and ensure that contracted deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
• Collaborate with the Go Loud production team to curate and refine engaging content that expands audience reach.
• Other duties as required.

• Passion for podcasts and an interest in comedy, lifestyle, true crime, and other relevant verticals.
• Versatile and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to lead creative projects and collaborate with diverse teams.

• A minimum of three years' experience in video and audio editing, with strong skills in shooting, editing, and publishing content.
• Strong social media skills, including proficiency with platforms like Instagram, X, Facebook, You Tube, and Tik Tok.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an editorial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of libel and defamation laws, ensuring all content meets legal standards.

This position will close to applicants on 6th November, with 1st round interviews due to commence the week starting 11th November.
