We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our casual contemporary dining outlet Mossco Kitchen, Bar & Terrace at Travelodge Plus right in the heart of Dublin City Centre.

Purpose of the job:
To provide a warm, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered and maintained at all times in line with our guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities include:

To provide authentic experiences for guests by ensuring to reflect and enhance the hotel’s mission statement and objectives in all activities
To assist in achieving goals in relation to mystery audits and all customer feedback platforms
To carry out all Food and Beverage duties to the standards as laid down in the standard of performance manuals
Ensure that all guests’ requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively and an exceptional service is delivered to guests at all times
Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations ensuring an exceptional level of service is maintained at all times
Set up, clear and promptly service tables after use to ensure that guests can be seated in a timely manner
Ensure the food and beverage areas are clean and well presented at all times and assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties as required
Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times and ensure that any guest complaints and comments are reported to management
Ensuring the bar is adequately stocked at all times.
Welcoming customers, making recommendations, taking food, and drink orders.
Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages.
Checking ID to ensure customers are legal age.
Planning drinks menus and informing customers about specials.
