Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a busy food service environment
• Experience with POS System
• Excellent customer service skills and a great personality
• Strong communications skills with fluent English essential, both written and spoken
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
• Be presentable, reliable and punctual
• Be flexible and available to work weekends and evenings

Duties Include:

• Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Preparing the restaurant prior to opening
• Taking orders and serving food and drink
• Cleaning down of tables during and after service
• Handling various payment methods including POS System
• Ensuring guests have the best possible dining experience, encouraging their return
• Ensuring guests receive courteous attention at all times
• Regular daily cleaning duties
