Role and Key Responsibilities:
· To provide excellent, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
· To ensure that guests are acknowledged and warmly welcomed to the restaurant and bar.
· To maintain a high level of knowledge on product offerings; including menu’s, wine’s, hot and cold beverages, and desserts.
· To ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the managers high standards of presentation.
· To ensure that the food restaurant, bar and all food & beverage areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.
· To participate in all training.
· To maintain a positive, friendly and professional attitude with both guests and your colleagues.
· To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
· Excellent communication skills
· A desire to provide a consistently high standard of customer service
· The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· 2years’ experience
· Flexibility with regards to hours, as late nights are involved
· A good command of the English Language
· Impeccable self-presentation
