The hotel is set on beautiful grounds, right on the doorstep of Dublin. With 190 bedrooms, a pool, gym and spa to relax and unwind in, and two bars and restaurants with an expansive array of food and drink options, the hotel has all a guest needs for a memorable trip staycation or that overnight

We are currently recruiting for experienced waiting staff to join our Earth & Vine Restaurant. Applicants must be over 18 years and flexible in their availability for work, as these roles may include early and late shifts on any day of the week.

What we require from our applicants:

A minimum of 1 years previous experience working in a busy Food and Beverage establishment
The ability to engage well with guests to provide an outstanding guest experience
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
Outgoing and friendly personality
Believe in Teamwork, People and Integrity
Have a good knowledge and interest in food and beverage trends and wine training is an advantage
Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
Be committed to the team
Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends, early starts and late finishes)
