Role: Field Sales Representatives (Door-to-Door Sales)
Location: Bray & Greystones
What We Offer:

  Competitive Hourly Pay: €14
• Commission: Uncapped
• Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 11 am to 8 pm
• Generous Leave: 20 days of annual leave plus 10 paid bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Approach potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Build rapport and understand customer needs through active listening.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services, and confidently explain how they can meet the unique needs of each customer.
• Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, highlighting key benefits and addressing any customer questions or concerns.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and offering additional products or services where appropriate.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, leads, and customer details to ensure smooth follow-up and service.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sale support, ensuring customers have all the information they need and addressing any issues promptly.
