Main responsibilities:

• Support Finance Business Partners with activities, creation of Finance Business Partner reports, headcount reporting.
• Assist with month end activities, posting journals, account analysis.
• Preparing month end headcount reports and overtime reporting.
• Assist with preparing forecast and budgets.
• Assist with tracking project costs and allocations.
• Assist with financial analysis.
• Actively support Continuous Improvement initiatives within Finance & process simplification.
• Other ad hoc activities.

About you

• Education: 2nd or 3rd year student working towards a degree in Finance or Business related discipline.
• Soft and technical skills:
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with numbers.
  • MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
