We are looking to recruit experienced Food & Beverage Assistants, to join our Food and Beverage team at The Morgan Hotel - 10 Fleet Street Restaurant & Bar. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to develop up through the hotel and the group.

The Position:
* Enthusiasm for providing great customer service
* Knowlege and understanding of food, wine & Beverage service
* Conversational level of English
* Willingness to work flexible hours.
* Provide 100% quality service at all times in order to achieve client satisfaction.
Main Duties
- Providing a warm welcome for guests and explaining menu options available.
- Provide an excellent customer service that anticipates individual guest needs.
- Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and what is unavailable for the day.
- Maintain an efficient and courteous service in your department according to Minimum Standards
- To maintain the front and back of house areas to a very high standard of presentation.
- Support other team members on the floor when necessary
Location: The Morgan Hotel is easily commutable both within Dublin City Centre and beyond. We are located within 10 minutes' walk from O'Connell Street, with easy access to a number of DART & Luas stops, Dublin Bus services and Dublin Bike Stations.
