About the Role:
We are on the lookout for friendly, professional and self-motivated individuals. You must be a team player and have the ability to create a welcoming and relaxed environment for customers and their fellow Nobó teammates.
If you are passionate about hospitality, wellness and delicious food, and have previous front of house and customer service experience in a busy retail or hospitality environment, then we would love to hear from you!
What it involves:

• Greeting customers as the face of Nobó
• Taking care of customer needs and requests in the kindest way possible
• Food service
• Preparing drinks
• Operating POS system
• Maintaining and practicing safety and cleanliness standards of The Treathouse
• Responding quickly and sympathetically to any customer concerns
• Adhering to HACCP and food safety standards
• Attend team meetings

• Previous service experience

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Location:
Role is based in Dublin 6, Ireland.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
