Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:

• A minimum of 1-year previous experience in a similar role is essential.

• Working knowledge of Front Office systems.

• Excellent written and spoken level of English

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

• Preparation, implementation and training of SOP’s and Standards.

• Overseeing the allocation of rooms and liaising with accommodation to ensure time availability.

• Ensuring arrival and department procedures are followed to ensure a positive guest experience.
