Reporting to: Cleaning Supervisor/ Facilities Manager

Hours per week: 37.5 Hours
Shift Pattern: Sun - Thurs 22:00 – 06:00
Job Description
· clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc).
· Work effectively and adhere to all Site Specific and ISS Procedures and instructions.
· Take responsibility for the safe use of all cleaning materials and equipment used in the course of your duties.
· Ensure cleaning activities are completed in a manner which will not compromise the health and safety of employees and visitors to the site.
· Complete all logbooks and documentation in a timely manner as per site instructions and SOPs.
· Ensure all equipment is safe before use and report any faults to machinery and be aware of service requirements.
· Report health and safety related issues to the supervisor with minimum delay.
· Follow all gowning procedures as per site procedures and SOPs.
· Deal responsibly with capital & equipment.
Experience Required:
· Ability to work on your own.
· Well-organised and capable of prioritising own work.
· Previous experience as working as a cleaner is desirable.
· Experience in the use of cleaning equipment is desirable.
· Health and safety knowledge.

It may be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours, including weekends and sometimes more than contracted hours. As part of your job, you will be expected to attend training events and/or meetings and travel to other locations may be required. Local requirements will govern your patterns and locations of work.
