As a full-time, salaried Personal Trainer/Coach in our semi-private training facility, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional coaching experiences . We handle the marketing and client acquisition, allowing you to fully concentrate on helping our clients reach their fitness goals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated coach to focus on what they do best—coaching—without the pressure of sales or marketing.
What You’ll Do:
Your role will be split between coaching sessions and supporting clients through accountability coaching. Here’s what to expect:
1. Coaching Sessions:

• Lead small-group personal training sessions for clients of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced lifters.
• Sessions include a mix of early mornings, evenings, and Saturday mornings (schedule designed for a healthy work-life balance and manageable workload ).
• Contribute to group programming, with some flexibility for creative input.
• Assist with basic facility upkeep as part of opening/closing responsibilities.

2. Accountability Coaching:

• Conduct quarterly goal-setting reviews with clients to track progress and set new objectives.
• Monitor client attendance and proactively reach out to provide support, encouragement, and motivation.
• Make individualised program adjustments to accommodate injuries or specific client needs.
• Some accountability coaching tasks can be done remotely, offering flexibility in your workday.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for coaching.
• Proficient in coaching main strength movements: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift, to a high standard.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, fostering a supportive, motivating and positive environment.
• An enthusiastic, motivated individual who thrives on helping others achieve their fitness goals.
• Bonus: An interest in social media, photography, or videography is a plus (though not required) to help showcase our community.
• Reliable transportation or a viable commute to our gym is a must, and availability to start early mornings (as early as 5:45am).
